The Foundation has always endeavored to recruit professionals who are expert in their subject matters, and who also share the vision and commitment of HRH Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz to conservation and preservation of wildlife. The Foundation is also committed to the recruitment and training of Moroccan nationals thus contributing to the success of the organization and reliance on a larger pool of professionals with expertise in the arts and science of breeding and releasing of Houbara.

The Foundation has a larg number of dedicated people working in a number of different posts. These include Houbara technicians, farm staff, maintenance personnel for the general upkeep and appearance of the center, plus full time security staff.
